The return and refund policy described here applies only to purchases made directly through our official online store. Returns

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. During this period, we will cover the cost of return shipping and issue a full refund.

To qualify for a return, items must be unused, in the same condition as when you received them, and in their original packaging.

Important: All returns require prior notification. Packages sent without contacting us first may not be accepted.

Exceptions

Please note that the following items are not eligible for return:

  • Customized or made-to-order products
  • Items clearly marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase

Refunds

After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days and credited to your original payment method.

For items purchased on sale or with discounts, the refund will reflect the amount actually paid.

Exchanges

We currently do not provide direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return it for a refund and place a new order.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos and a description of the issue.

We will promptly resolve the problem by offering a replacement or a full refund.

Responsibility for Product Acceptance

Please inspect your items carefully upon delivery. If no issues are reported within 30 days of receipt, the order will be considered accepted, and the item will no longer qualify for a return or refund.

A Note About Natural Materials

Many of our products are handcrafted from natural materials, each with unique characteristics. Variations in texture, slight irregularities, signs of wear, oxidation, and subtle color differences are natural features and are not considered defects. These characteristics do not affect the product’s functionality.

Return Process

     within 30 days of receiving the product, including your reason for return and clear photos or videos. Please note that items damaged due to misuse are not eligible for refunds.
  3. Refund Amount Confirmation: Once we review your request, we will confirm the eligible refund amount with you.
  4. Prepare the Package: Repack the item in its original packaging to ensure safe transit. Include your order number, name, and reason for return inside the package.
  5. Send Tracking Info: After shipping the return, email us the tracking number and estimated delivery date.
  6. Processing the Return: Upon receiving your returned item, we will inspect it and process your refund within 7–10 business days, notifying you by email.
  7. Refund Completion: If the item is unused, undamaged, and properly packaged, your refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Refund Instructions

Payment Methods:

PayPal refunds may take up to 48 hours to appear.

Refunds will be credited to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider and method used at checkout. Please allow sufficient time for funds to appear in your account.

Order Cancellation

If you wish to cancel your order, email us at customerservice@rynixlighting.com with your order number and a brief reason for cancellation to request a full refund, provided the order has not yet been processed.

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be intercepted or canceled. You will need to initiate a return after receiving the item.

If you change your mind, we recommend contacting us as soon as possible to request cancellation before shipment.
