Payment Methods
At Rynixlighting, we prioritize a secure, transparent, and convenient shopping experience. Payments are processed by our payment partners, Airwallex and PayPal.
1. Accepted Payment Methods
We currently ship within the United States and accept the following payment methods at checkout:
- Credit & Debit Cards (processed securely via Airwallex): Visa, Mastercard, American Express, JCB
- PayPal: pay with your PayPal balance, linked bank account, or a card saved to your PayPal account without sharing your financial details with us.
- Venmo (via PayPal, available to eligible U.S. customers)
We do not currently accept Discover, UnionPay, or international local payment methods. If your card is not listed above, PayPal is the recommended alternative.
2. Payment Security
Your data security is paramount.
- SSL Encryption: Our entire website is secured with Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology to encrypt your personal data during transmission.
- PCI DSS Compliance: Our card processor (Airwallex) is compliant with the highest Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards (PCI DSS Level 1).
- PayPal Protection: When you pay with PayPal, your financial information is never shared with the merchant, and eligible transactions are covered by PayPal Buyer Protection.
3. Payment Currency
All transactions are processed in U.S. dollars (USD), as displayed at checkout. If your card or PayPal account is denominated in a different currency, your bank or payment provider may apply a currency conversion rate.
4. Payment Issues
If your payment is declined, please check:
- Is your card information correct?
- Do you have sufficient funds or credit limit?
- Does your bank authorize online transactions?
