Do Rynix fixtures come with bulbs, and which bulb should you buy if not?

24 of the 71 Rynix fixtures that state it ship with bulbs and 21 do not. What 5 / E12 / 6W Maximum means, plus the 45 integrated-LED fixtures.

24 of the 71 Rynix fixtures that state whether bulbs are included ship with bulbs, 21 say bulbs are not included, and 23 answer the same field with a count, base and maximum wattage instead. The other 3 use different wording. 490 of the 561 live fixtures say nothing about bulbs, so assume not included until we confirm. A further 45 fixtures describe an integrated LED and take no bulb.

Which fixtures ship with bulbs in the box?

Metal Pendant Light and Globe Pendant Light both state a G9 base and Bulbs Included: Yes. Black Wall Sconce states an E26 base, two bulbs, and Bulbs Included: Yes.

That is 24 listings. Three more write it as a sentence rather than a Yes, among them the Schoolhouse Satin Brass Pendant Light with Opal Globe, whose Bulbs Included line says it comes with an E26 LED bulb; those three are counted separately. A fixture in this group installs the day it arrives.

Which fixtures ship without bulbs?

21 listings say so plainly. Emmi Wall Sconce states Bulb Included: No alongside one candelabra bulb. Novel Sconce and Johanson Woven Sconce carry the same line. Clivedon Sconce states Bulb Included: No and a Wattage line of 60.

A sconce that arrives without a bulb looks finished on the wall and then does nothing. Read the base off the listing, buy the bulbs at the same time as the fixture, and count the sockets rather than assuming one. Emmi, Novel and Johanson write the bulb in words rather than an E-number, as One Candelabra Bulb, Standard and A, so on those the base still has to be confirmed with us.

What does a line like 5 / E12 / 6W Maximum mean?

23 listings answer the Bulbs Included field this way, packing three facts into one line: how many bulbs the fixture takes, the socket type, and the highest wattage rating per bulb, which is not a total for the fixture.

So the Dawbarn Chandelier prints Bulbs Included: 5 / E12 / 6W Maximum, which states five E12 sockets at 6 W or less each. The line sits under a Bulbs Included label but answers with a specification, so it does not settle whether those five bulbs are in the box; ask customer service before ordering them separately. Every maximum written in this format is 9 W or lower: 11 listings say 6 W, 6 say 4 W, 3 say 9 W, 2 say 8 W and 1 says 5 W.

Which fixtures have an integrated LED and need no bulb at all?

45 live fixtures describe an integrated LED light source instead of a socket. Draper LED Flush Mount and Wembley LED Wall Sconce are two of them; Alto Alabaster Flush Mount and Crystal Ring LED Chandelier are two more. Only 17 of the 45 say so in a structured field, so the description is the reliable signal rather than the spec table. There is nothing to unscrew on these, so a bulb order does not apply.

The trade-off runs the other way as well. On a fixture with a socket you can change the bulb later, including its wattage and its color; on an integrated LED you cannot. That is a decision made at purchase rather than afterwards, so it is worth reading the light-source line before you choose between two pieces that look alike in ceiling lights, wall sconces and pendants.

Does the 60 W figure on some listings mean an incandescent bulb?

18 live fixtures print 60 in a Wattage or Max Wattage line, among them Neve Linear Chandelier at $8,648, Neve Round Chandelier at $11,600, Agnes Pendant at $600, Clivedon Sconce at $664 and Lettie Flush Mount at $632.00.

One of the 18, the Handwoven Rattan Pendant Light with Aged Brass, reads 60 W max per bulb, so on that one it is a per-bulb ceiling, far above the 9 W the count / base / wattage format tops out at. Two more read 60 W max without saying per what, one gives 60 for its small size and 75 for its large, and 14 print the figure with no qualifier. It is not a statement that the fixture ships with a 60 W bulb. If the distinction matters for your install, ask customer service to confirm the figure for that specific piece before ordering bulbs for it.

What else do people ask about bulbs?

If the listing says nothing about bulbs, are they included?

490 of the 561 live fixtures do not state it, so assume not and confirm with customer service before ordering; this guide only reports what listings say.

What wattage should I buy for a fixture marked 6W Maximum?

An LED bulb of 6 W or less in the stated base. Every maximum in that format on Rynix listings is 9 W or lower: 4 W on 6 listings, 6 W on 11, 9 W on 3.

Do integrated-LED fixtures need bulbs?

No. 45 live fixtures describe an integrated LED light source; there is no socket to fit a bulb into.

Does the LED bulb-type field mean a bulb is included?

The catalogue's bulb-type field reads LED on all 246 live fixtures that carry it, but it does not say whether a bulb ships with the fixture, which only 24 listings state. 21 of the 246 describe an integrated LED and take no bulb at all.

How we measured this

On 2026-09-17 we pulled every active product from the rynixlighting.com admin catalogue and kept the 561 lighting fixtures published to the online store, setting aside 66 furniture listings and 97 active products that are not published and return a 404. We then read each description for a Bulbs Included or Bulb Included label and sorted the values into yes, no, the count / base / wattage format, and other wording, which gave 24, 21, 23 and 3. A listing was counted as integrated LED when its description carries the word integrated within 30 characters of LED, which is 45 of the 561; the stricter test of a structured field answering integrated returns 17, and we report both rather than picking the flattering one. The 60 W tally comes from the Wattage and Max Wattage fields only. Prices are the lowest listed variant price read on the same date. Where a listing is silent we have counted it as silent rather than inferring a value.
